A doctor in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and lawyer, she holds a Masters degree (LLM) in Medical Law and Ethics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Dr. Adenugba has extensive experience with and clear understanding of;

The (NHS) National Health Service (employment & organisational),
The Legal and Regulatory framework that underpin Medical, Nursing and Allied Health Professionals,
Ethical and Legal matters arising out of clinical practice.

She has a proven track record of successful outcomes at disciplinary hearings and employment tribunals.

She is the author of the well received ‘Medico-Legal Handbook for Doctors (2006)’.
